Construction Zone Tickets
The minimum fine on a construction zone speeding ticket is $375. This ticket WILL count as one of three moving violations in 12 months that will result in the suspension of your license.

Driver's License Suspension
A second or subsequent violation of a construction zone speed limit (which is typically 45 m.p.h.) within two years of the date of the previous violation will result in the suspension of your drivers' license. See 625 ILCS 5/11-605.1
